REGISTRATION
Before completing the registration process, please ensure you carefully review the the Conference's Terms and Conditions of Registration.

Receipts are auto generated at the time of completion of registration and payment receipt. A formal receipt will also be available on site at the Registration Desk.

Contribution Titles, Abstracts, and Contributing Author information will be collected at the time of Registration.

Registrations are tied to your email address. If you do not submit your presentation title at the time of registration, or if you do not complete payment, kindly contact us to assist you. Please do not re-register with a different email account.

*Membership is valid for two years. If the last time you renewed your membership was prior to the London meeting then you should select “non-member”. The $55 biennial membership fee will be added to your registration.

If you paid your membership after the London meeting, you may select “Member”. Please note that you will be required to input your membership number. Membership numbers were given at the time of successful completion of your membership registration. Janette Champ will be emailing those members with their membership numbers, for ease of reference during registration.
